The first line must always be "[Trade]". If you made the sign correctly, the "[Trade]" will turn blue. If you did something wrong it will turn red and on most servers you should get an error message telling you on which line theres a problem. Field descriptions A - Quantity. This is the number of the specified item you want to sell when somebody right clicks on your sign. B - Item. This is the item you want to sell. It can either be an item name or its id number. C - Price. This is how much money you are offering for the entire package. This amount will be deducted from the shop's money each time a player right clicks on your sign. D - Initial Shop Money. This is how much money you are willing to spend. This amount will be deducted from your account when you create the sign. E - Remaining Shop Money. This is how much money is remaining in the shop. When this amount is less than field C (Price), players will no longer be able to sell items to you and will get an error message. This amount will be returned to you if the shop is destroyed. You cannot replenish the shop's money without destroying the shop and recreating it. F - Shop Stock. This is the amount of items players have sold to the shop. Right clicking on the sign will place the items in your inventory if there is any room. Shop Owner. This is the name of the owner of the shop.This appears in grey text. First example In this example I am buying 7 sticks for $7 ($1 for each stick). I oringally put $448 into the shop, so that I should buy a total of 448 sticks. The second graphic shows that somebody has sold me 7 sticks, so now there is $441 left in the shop. Higgs1 is my minecraft.net username.
